Job Description – Enterprise Technology & Systems Coordinator

Overview:

The Enterprise Technology & Systems Coordinator is responsible for driving the adoption, integration, and optimization of Pogue Construction’s enterprise technology ecosystem — including Procore, CMiC (ERP), the company’s HRIS, and the Microsoft 365 suite (SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Power Automate, etc.).
This role plays a critical part in ensuring all enterprise systems are used efficiently, consistently, and strategically to deliver data integrity and measurable business value. The coordinator partners with business leaders, IT infrastructure, and the BI team to align systems, streamline workflows, and support new technology initiatives — including the introduction and integration of AI-enabled tools into daily operations.
The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking problem solver who is passionate about technology adoption, process improvement, and connecting people to tools that make their work easier and more efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise System Coordination & Support:
• Oversee day-to-day coordination and support for Procore, CMiC, HRIS, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Serve as the central liaison among departments to ensure consistent use, data quality, and process alignment.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions for assigned systems in accordance with company standards.
• Act as the primary contact for escalated software issues, collaborating with Infrastructure or vendors as needed.

Technology Implementation & Optimization:
• Lead or support the implementation of new enterprise software or modules that integrate with existing systems.
• Evaluate business processes to identify automation and integration opportunities through Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Support cross-system integrations between Procore, CMiC, HRIS, and Microsoft 365 to improve efficiency and visibility.
• Partner with IT and BI to ensure data is standardized and clean across all platforms for accurate reporting.

AI & Emerging Technology Integration:
• Research and evaluate AI and automation solutions that enhance productivity, decision-making, and data quality.
• Collaborate with leadership to design and pilot AI-driven workflows or tools that integrate with enterprise systems.
• Develop use cases and guidelines for responsible, practical use of AI within company systems and processes.

Change Enablement & Training:
• Champion technology adoption across the company by promoting new tools, workflows, and digital best practices.
• Develop and deliver training sessions, onboarding materials, and quick-reference resources to help employees succeed with enterprise systems.
• Coordinate company-wide rollouts of new tools or features in collaboration with IT Infrastructure and department leaders.
• Communicate updates, enhancements, and success stories to maintain engagement and awareness.

Data Governance & Reporting Alignment:
• Work with the BI team to define standardized data points and ensure system information is accurate and consistent.
• Support the development of dashboards and key reports that leverage data from Procore, CMiC, HRIS, and Microsoft systems.
• Identify and address root causes of data quality issues.

Vendor & Licensing Oversight:
• Participate in vendor training sessions and product updates to stay informed of new capabilities.
• Track system licenses, user counts, and renewal dates; provide leadership with renewal forecasts and usage insights.
• Research and recommend new technologies or integrations that support business strategy and scalability.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft platforms and tools, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Power BI, and OneDrive.
• Experience supporting or implementing enterprise platforms such as ERP, HRIS, or Construction Management systems (Procore/CMiC preferred).
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Effective communicator able to train, influence, and drive adoption among diverse user groups.

Preferred Experience:
• Knowledge of integrations between enterprise platforms (e.g., Procore–CMiC–Power BI).
• Experience designing or supporting automation with Microsoft Power Platform tools.
• Familiarity with AI or machine-learning-enabled business tools (Copilot, Viva, etc.).
• Background in data governance, workflow documentation, or process optimization.
